Cbajy Terms & Conditions – Know the Rules, Play with Confidence

1. Introduction

Cbajy (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "cbajy") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating in Bangladesh. 3.2 Account Security

Keep your cbajy account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Never share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact cbajy Support immediately.

• Your login password must be at least 8 characters long.
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Cbajy will never ask for your password. If anyone does, treat it as a scam.

3.3 KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, cbajy may require KYC verification. This may include submitting a copy of your national ID or passport, a selfie, and proof of address. cbajy uses this information solely for security purposes and does not share it with third parties.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

Cbajy currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your membership tier and verification status.

• When making a deposit, please enter the correct amount and reference number.
• Depositing from a mobile banking account registered under another person's name is not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–15 minutes.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please send a screenshot of the transaction to Support.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on cbajy are simple and fast. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Funds typically arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Please keep the following conditions in mind:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
• Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit will be processed on the next business day.
• Cbajy reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal for review.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cbajy regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policies are outlined below:

5.1 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 5x to 20x). Withdrawals are only available after placing bets totaling the specified multiple of the bonus amount.

• The wagering requirement period is typically 7 to 30 days.
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Bets placed with a bonus must have odds of at least 1.5 (where applicable).

5.2 Welcome Bonus

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, submitting false information to claim promotions, or attempting to exploit the system for bonuses will result in cbajy permanently suspending the account and confiscating all balances.

6. Betting Rules

All types of betting on cbajy are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you may settle your bet while the match is in progress.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, cbajy reserves the right to reset the bet to the correct odds.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing or information fraud is found in connection with any bet, that bet and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Cbajy reserves the right to set betting limits on specific markets at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbajy. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Creating an account using another person's information
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Using cbajy for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Abusive behavior toward staff
• Spreading false information about cbajy

8. Responsible Gaming

In the event of account closure, cbajy will provide a reason, and any valid balance will be processed for refund. However, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
